Discussion Thread
Hey everyone,
So after months of debating whether to step up my social media strategy, I finally bit the bullet and started using StreamPost AI! Honestly, I'm super impressed, but I feel like I'm probably only scratching the surface of what it can do. I'm managing accounts for a small bakery business (think cupcakes and cookies vibes ?), and engagement is crucial because, well, carbs sell best when paired with good vibes, haha. ?
Here are a few things I've been doing so far:
- I’ve been using the AI to schedule posts at what I *think* are peak times, but somehow some posts take off while others don’t get much traction. How does everyone here go about refining their timing?
- That content suggestion tool? Absolute chef’s kiss—already helped me brainstorm captions that feel way less generic. But I feel like I could be missing out on how to use those insights more effectively.
- Oh, and the analytics dashboard is amazing. Like, it’s super overwhelming with all the numbers. Which metrics should I be focusing on more? I’ve been watching engagement rate and reach mostly, but is there something I’m overlooking?
I’m curious if anyone here has advice for small biz owners trying to make the most of SP. Are there any 'hidden gems' or hacks I should be aware of that aren’t super obvious to beginners? For example, I saw somewhere people talking about using templates for A/B testing—has anyone tried this?
Also, random side note, do you think it’s worth investing more time in stories and reels if you already have solid interactions on regular posts? Some people tell me I NEED to double down on short-form video content, but I honestly just don’t wanna spread myself too thin. Thoughts?
Looking forward to hearing your insights! Share your wins, your struggles, anything! Let’s help each other out. ?
P.S. If anyone’s in a similar boat and wants to swap accounts for some engagement boosts, feel free to DM me!
-Em
