Hey everyone! I’ve been testing out StreamPost (SP for short) for a couple weeks now, and honestly, I’m pretty impressed, but I also have a few questions. I’ve used tools like Buffer and Hootsuite before, so I’m pretty familiar with the whole social media scheduling game, but SP seems to go beyond just scheduling content—it’s like it actually *thinks* about what I'm trying to accomplish.

For example, the AI recommendation feature? Wild. Instead of me sitting there analyzing engagement dips, it pointed out that my posts tend to perform better in the evening on Thursdays and Saturday mornings. That was news to me! Also, their hashtag suggestions feel super targeted. I tested it against my own research, and, not gonna lie, it picked out tags I probably wouldn’t have thought of, but are clearly used a ton in my niche. Like, how does it know that stuff?

That said, I have one small gripe. The automatic captions follow trends, which is cool, but they sometimes come across as a little *too* generic. Maybe it’s just me being picky because I like my captions to have a little flair. Do you all tweak the captions they suggest, or just post as-is?

Oh! And one thing that threw me was the analytics dashboard. It’s definitely more user-friendly than most tools I’ve tried, but I wonder if the data it pulls is enough for larger accounts. Anyone running a big platform want to chime in? I only manage a couple small business accounts, so it’s perfect for that, but I wonder if it holds up under, like, brand-level analysis.

Overall, though, I feel like it’s turning me into a mini data scientist, LOL. Like, I’ve started using insights it gives me about audience behavior to plan not just social media, but also email campaigns. Crazy helpful. Anyone else feeling like it’s sort of changing the way they approach social media strategy?

Also, a total side note, but can we talk about customer support for a sec? I had a weird bug a few days ago (some of my Instagram posts weren’t saving in drafts properly), and they got back to me in like...30 minutes? Maybe less? Anyway, problem solved quickly, which is a huge green flag.

TL;DR: I’m really liking Streampost so far! Especially how much time it’s saving me compared to more manual tools. But I’m wondering: how do you all feel about the captions? And if you’ve got a larger brand, is the reporting robust enough for you?

Can’t wait to hear your thoughts!
