Hey folks,
Not sure if anyone else here feels the same, but keeping track of social media metrics for multiple platforms has been an absolute nightmare for me lately. I help with managing accounts for a small e-commerce brand, and it feels like I’m always drowning in numbers—likes on Instagram, clicks from Pinterest, engagement rates on Facebook, followers dropping or spiking. ? It’s hard to translate all that into an actual *plan*.
I stumbled across this tool, StreamPost.AI, about a month ago (I think I saw an ad for it on Twitter?). At first, I thought, "Oh great, another tool pretending it’ll change my life." But honestly? It’s pretty legit. It uses AI to *actually* analyze your stats instead of just organizing them. Like, it looks into the patterns over time and suggests specific posting times and types of posts to match what your audience responds to best.
What really sold me is the Insights Dashboard. Unlike a lot of tools that just give you a data puke and let you deal with it, this one highlights trends and correlation points, so you actually know *why* something happened. For instance, I learned our best-performing posts include user-generated photos on Sundays. I never would've figured that out just looking at raw stats.
Also, I suck at captions (anyone else?!), and their caption suggestion feature is surprisingly helpful. Not that I use the suggestions word for word—they’re not perfect—but it’s like a spark to get my creativity going.
Is anyone else here using SP or something similar? I’m curious if there’s a better tool I’m sleeping on. Or, if you’ve tried it, what features are you finding the most useful? Also, does anyone know if they plan on adding TikTok support anytime soon? I emailed their support team last week but haven’t heard back yet…
Happy to chat or share more if anyone’s interested. ✌️
Cheers,
LunaLeaves
