Hey everyone,

I've been on what feels like an *endless* hunt for a social media management tool that doesn't make me want to smash my laptop by the end of the day. I run a small candle business on the side (shoutout to anyone else juggling the weekday hustle with their passion project, phew). Anyway, someone recently recommended StreamPost to me, but I wanted to hear *real* feedback from y'all before diving in.

Here's what I’m trying to figure out:

1. **Does SP actually deliver meaningful insights, or is it just another platform throwing charts and numbers at you?** Like, I don’t need to know what time a million people are online if it's not actually helping ME. Does SP give recommendations I can actually action?

2. If you've used the AI content suggestions, are they, you know, *decent*? Some platforms I’ve tried in the past cough Buffer cough just regurgitate super corporate-sounding stuff that doesn’t fit my brand’s voice at all. Authenticity matters to me, especially with such a niche biz like handmade candles.

3. Finally, something I’ve read is that AI tools occasionally overdo it on automations. I don’t wanna fall into the trap where people feel like my posts are *too* polished or robotic. Is Streampost's balance between automations and authenticity any good?

So far, I’ve been doing everything manually (schedule posts, guess at trends, track engagement by spreadsheets…yeah, it’s been as brutal as it sounds). I need help, but I’m cautious about sinking money into yet another tool that promises to “change my life,” lol. Let me know your experiences—especially if you’re working with a small audience or niche market.

Also, side question: For those of you who've used it, how is the support? Are they one of those companies that just leaves you hanging, or do they actually help troubleshoot stuff?

Thanks in advance for any advice you can throw my way! ♥️
