Discussion Thread
Hey everyone,
First time posting here, so excuse me if this has been asked before! I've been using Streampost (SP) for about two months now, mostly on their Insights feature for our small biz. We’re a local coffee shop that's been experimenting with social media marketing, and honestly, SP has been a game changer for us in terms of understanding what’s working and what’s... well, not.
But I feel like I might not be using it to its fullest potential. The AI suggestions on when to post have been super helpful, especially when we started targeting early-morning coffee lovers before their workdays (genius, btw). But there are some features—like the competitor analysis and the trend discovery—I’m not 100% sure I’m grasping fully. How accurate is the competitor analysis in your experience? Do you guys find it worth diving deep into those recommendations, or should I just stick with posting more per SP’s suggested schedule and keep it simple?
Also, has anyone gotten creative with the content ideas feature? I tried experimenting, but I feel like I keep coming back to similar types of posts without much variety (i.e., more latte art, less engagement, repeat). Any suggestions for breaking out of that rut?
Would love to hear your thoughts or any hacks you’ve implemented using this tool. Or even if there's some hidden feature I haven't noticed yet! Genuinely trying to learn from y’all who might be a bit ahead of me on this. Appreciate the help! ?
