Is StreamPost.AI worth it for small biz owners? Honest thoughts!

Hey everyone!

First-time poster here, so be gentle, lol. I’ve been digging into a bunch of social media management tools over the last few weeks, and StreamPost.ai (or just SP as I’ve heard some people call it) kinda popped onto my radar. I run a small online shop for handmade candles—it’s just me and my best friend juggling everything, so we’re seriously strapped for time. Posting consistently on social media? Let’s just say it’s... a struggle. ?

Anyway, SP promises all this stuff about being AI-powered and giving "data-driven insights for smarter content." It *sounds* super cool, but I’m always wary of flashy marketing. I don’t wanna get stuck paying for something that’s confusing or doesn’t deliver.

For those who’ve used it, what have your experiences been? Is it really that good at suggesting content? Like, does the AI actually understand your audience, or is it just throwing generic things at the wall? I’m curious about their performance insights too—do they help you tweak and grow or is it stuff you’d know on your own?

Also, kinda random but does it work well for not-so-huge accounts? I feel like most tools are aimed at bigger brands with already massive followings, and I’m here like... hello, my posts get 10 likes on a good day!! lol
