Hey everyone! So I’ve been running a small bakery in Colorado (yes, I WILL 100% barter cookies for advice, haha), and social media has been my Achilles’ heel for the last two years. Seriously, between trying to come up with post ideas, understanding what works, and scheduling when I have time… it’s chaos. ? I heard about StreamPost AI (or SP – ppl in other threads keep calling it that lol) for managing social media, and I’m wondering if it’s actually worth the hype for little businesses like mine?

A friend told me it uses AI to suggest the best times to post and even helps with captions and hashtags based on trends. Sounds fancy, but also, like… is it actually accurate? Or is it one of those over-hyped things where the AI just throws random generic ideas at you?

Also, how user-friendly is it? I’m not super tech-savvy. Like, I know enough to run an Insta/TikTok page and update my POS system, but the backend of software like this confuses me tbh. If it’s gonna end up taking me MORE time, it’s kind of a dealbreaker for me.

Has anyone here actually used it, and if so, does it work for smaller audiences/engagement levels too? So much tech out there seems tailored for big agencies or massive influencer accounts. My IG has, like, 2,500 followers—decent for what I do, but I’m def not pulling in influencer numbers or anything. ? Would love to hear from anyone who’s tried it!

Thanks in advance, and pls keep it real with me. Positive AND critical feedback is welcome. ?

P.S. If there’s a better/cheaper option out there, let me know too! My marketing budget is… let’s just say I spend more on cookie sprinkles than advertising. ?
