Hey everyone! Longtime lurker, first proper post here. I’ve been testing out some tools for managing my small biz’s social media (I run a tiny online craft store—repping the DIY crew!) and recently gave StreamPost.AI a shot. I wanted to share my experience so far and see if it lives up to the hype for others too.

First off, the insights it pulls for social trends? Chef’s kiss. Like, I had no idea I was posting at the *absolute worst* times for my audience. My engagement was meh for ages, and turns out, I was just missing peak activity windows. SP’s AI just started telling me, “Hey, these are your sweet spots,” and boom—noticed a pretty decent bump in likes & shares. (It’s not *mega-viral*, but I’ll take it. Baby steps.)

Also, their content repurposing tool?? Game-changer! Last week I turned an underperforming Instagram post into Tweets and an email blast, AND somehow made it relevant for Pinterest?? The AI doesn’t get it *perfect* (sometimes the phrasing is awkward, ngl), but it’s wayyyy easier than sitting in Canva for hours trying to reimagine everything manually.

Oh, and if you haven’t tried the competitor analysis feature yet—DO THAT. I started tracking a few of my top competitors, and it helped me realize I was missing out on trends they were already capitalizing on. For example, I’d been totally sleeping on the “before and after” format that always gets crazy engagement in the handmade/crafts niche. One tweak later? Let’s just say I’m pretty happy with the results. ?

That said, I have a couple gripes: there’s a bit of a learning curve with the dashboard—it felt overwhelming at first, and there’s maybe *too* much data being shown? I’d love if they simplified it a bit for people who aren’t, like, data nerds. Also, the AI captions sometimes still sound kinda stiff or generic, so I feel like it’s still better when I tweak or rewrite them myself. Anyone else feel that way?

Anyway, curious if others here are using SP/StreamPost for their social strategies! What tips/tricks do you have for getting the most out of it? Or do you think another platform stacks up better? I’d love to get some ideas for how to level up my workflow even more. ?

P.S. Mods, if this isn’t the right thread for this kinda post, feel free to move/delete! ?
